Cancellation Policy
I care about all my clients and I completely understand when things come up and you may have to cancel. Please understand that I do require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment and failure to notify within that time will result in a 50% charge of service scheduled.
Please note that if you were more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule if the service cannot be completed in the time remaining. If I do not hear from you within the 15 minutes or more, it will be considered a no-show and will be treated as such.
All deposits made are nonrefundable and will be taken off the total cost of service.
Please also understand that my household is immune compromised so please do not come to any appointments sick or I may have to refuse service.
