Cancellation Policy
I completely understand when things come up and you may have to cancel. Please understand that I do require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment and failure to notify within that time will result in a 20% charge of service scheduled.
All no-show appointments will be required to pay 50% of the service scheduled.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WE MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IF IT CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN THE REMAINING TIME FRAME. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU 15 OR MORE MINUTES INTO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME IT IS CONSIDERED A "NO-SHOW" AND WILL BE TREATED AS A MISSED APPOINTMENT.
All deposits made are nonrefundable and will be taken off the total cost of service.
Please also understand that my household is immune compromised so please do not come to any appointments sick or I may have to refuse service.
